What to include

Include the address of your Basstok community, the email address associated with your account, the device or browser you were using, and enough detail to reproduce or identify the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not contain private information.

Never email a password, sign-in link, session token, Object Storage credential, verification code, or other secret.

Safety, privacy, and accessibility

Use the in-product report and block controls where available. For a safety concern that you cannot report in product, privacy questions, or accessibility feedback, email mail@basstok.com and identify the affected community and resource. Do not forward private communication unless it is necessary to investigate the report.

Account deletion

Signed-in Members can initiate deletion from Account → Request account deletion in Basstok. If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, use Delete your Basstok account.

Child safety

Basstok prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation or extortion of minors, and facilitating the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children. These standards apply to public and private content and interactions on Basstok.

Use Report on a post, comment, message, or Member to report a concern in the app. Select Sexual content where appropriate and explain the concern. In-app reports are available to authorized moderators for the affected Basstok. You can also report directly to Basstok's designated child-safety contact at mail@basstok.com. Include the Basstok address and relevant resource link or report details when available. Do not download, copy, or email suspected child sexual abuse material, passwords, or sign-in links.

We review reported concerns, coordinate with the responsible operator where appropriate, and take action to remove or restrict access to violating material. We may restrict access to the service when necessary. We report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law. Necessary safety or legal evidence is handled with restricted access and retained only for that purpose.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
